Our culinary team prepares fresh, scratch-made food designed specifically for events—not food created for a restaurant and adapted to feed a crowd.
From passed hors d’oeuvres and beautifully presented buffets to plated dinners, interactive stations and late-night bites, our menus are designed to be approachable, memorable and practical for the way your event will actually unfold.

Delectables is based in Palm Harbor, Florida, and for more than three decades our team has catered celebrations throughout the Tampa Bay region. We locally owned and have been since day one. Not owned by an out-of-state entity or private equity. Owned locally.
We know the venues. We know the logistics. We understand the challenges of off-premise events in the Tampa Bay and Sarasota regions of Florida.
And we’ve built relationships throughout the local event community that come from years of working alongside venues, planners and event professionals.
