We had our wedding at the Tampa River Center and Delectables was one of the catering options that we could have chosen. From the moment we saw their menu, we knew that they were the right choice. The communication was impeccable and they were able to answer all of our questions and help us decide what would be the best fit. There was honesty in every conversation, and I was so happy for that. We went into our wedding blind, without a tasting prior and let's just say it was a success. All of our guest agreed that it was by far the best wedding food that they had ever had. Our guests including ourselves, stated that they could not decide what was better, the appetizers or the actual meal. The service was impeccable, everything came out perfectly. If you are looking for a caterer that works with you, and provides a gourmet meal for a very good price, this is the one you need. We used Delectables Fine Catering for our wedding (working with McKenna Ewing specifically), and we could not have been any happier with them! We were forced to reschedule due to Hurricane Helene, and McKenna was incredible responsive and helpful during that process. During the actual event, the entire team were timely and very professional. If food is love, then Delectables Catering straight up proposed to us. Stephanie (an angel) helped us create the most iconic lineup: Tuscan chicken, braised short ribs, Caesar salad (croutons perfectly crisp), pesto pasta, seasonal veggies, a churro bar, hot dog bar, charcuterie, and five bomb passed apps. We went to one of their tastings and they were the obvious choice.    Every detail was flawless and she even matched the menu cards to our wedding aesthetic. People RAVED about how good the food was. The service? Impeccable. The vibes? Gourmet. The short rib? A religious experience. Thank you for feeding us like royalty and making sure no one left hungry!!! Our venue, Armature Works, recommended this catering service and we are so glad they did! We were looking for a Peruvian style meal and were worried that an average catering service would not be able to do it justice. We were proven wrong by Delectables. My fiancé's mother, who is from Peru was very impressed by the food and we found it delicious too.
